Homespun Ave is dedicated to providing quality products. Unfortunately, mistakes sometimes happen, so we are open to any feedback regarding our products. If a buyer receives a damaged or defective item, it must be reported within a week of arrival with pictures of the damage. Returns will not be accepted after that period. Please look at the list below for further details.
1. Items in Sets
Some of our items are sold in sets. For these items, the defective or damaged pieces will be replaced.
2. Items Not Sold In Sets
Items that are not sold in sets will be replaced if they are valued under 30$. If replacement is not possible, the item will be refunded. For items worth over 50$, refunds will be processed after the item is shipped back. Customers and clients will be refunded the cost of shipping for all returns.
